Rooted in Greater Vancouver
Holland Home Services has been cleaning and maintaining homes across Greater Vancouver for over 60 years. We know this region — its neighbourhoods, its climate, and the specific challenges that Vancouver's wet winters, heavy tree cover, and coastal air create for exterior home maintenance.
Unlike national or franchise companies, we're a local business. The same families we served in the 1970s and 80s are still customers today — and many have referred their children and neighbours to us as well. That kind of loyalty doesn't happen without genuinely consistent, trustworthy work.

Our home base. We serve every neighbourhood in the city, from Kitsilano and Point Grey to East Van, Marpole, and Hastings-Sunrise.
Burnaby
Full coverage across Burnaby including Burnaby Heights, Metrotown area, South Burnaby, and Deer Lake.
Richmond
Serving homeowners across Richmond from Steveston to the city centre. A great fit for our gutter and roof services in this low-lying area.
North Vancouver
Both the City and District of North Vancouver. The heavy tree cover here makes gutter and roof moss services especially important.
West Vancouver
